Pre-hab is an essential part of training whether you’re an aerialist, pole athlete or just like to work out!
Join Elspeth, aerial and Pilates instructor, as she leads a one hour class on preventative techniques to keep you training optimally. Learn tips and tricks about how to effectively use foam rolling and lacrosse balls for myofascial release! Gain stability in your joints with Pilates based movement and theraband work. Focus will be on pelvic and shoulder stability for aerialists but all are welcome!
This is also a great time to bring your own physio exercises and make sure you do them!
This class runs every Tuesday at 7 pm beginning on August 14. Buy 4 classes for $60 plus tax or single class passes for $20 plus tax (member discounts available)
